Deployment

Whether you choose to manage the LeadCommand set-up process on your own or with some assistance from our knowledgeable staff, getting up and running with LeadCommand is easy.  Because the application is all online, there is no software to install.  Within minutes, you can be using the system and leads can be dropping into your online database and starting to fill your sales pipeline.

To get started, you’ll follow these basic steps.

Configure

  • If you are interested, you can begin with a meeting with one of our certified consultants to discuss how LeadCommand can best meet your company’s unique business requirements.  The LeadCommand system is designed to be flexible enough to adapt to your company’s way of doing business, not the other way around.
  • Establish a user hierarchy, including security permissions and set up your internal management, sales and marketing representatives and business partners with access to the system at the appropriate level.
  • Set up custom information centers for groups and sub-groups, define custom labels sets, populate pick lists and design custom data forms.
  • Import data from your existing CRM systems, including Salesforce.com, ACT!, Outlook and standalone spreadsheets.

Train

  • To ensure that your company is getting the most from the system, we suggest appointing a key contact within the company to fill the role of LeadCommand administrator.  In a one-on-one training session with one of our resident experts, the administrator can learn all of the ins and outs of the system, including special administrative functions.
  • Train your users on the system.  Training takes place via conference call with users at their PCs walking though the real processes they will follow each day.  Classes are usually made up of approximately 10 users and because LeadCommand is so easy-to-use, training takes less than an hour.

Launch!

  • Your online system is in place and customized to fit your needs. Your users are comfortable using the familiar browser-based LeadCommand interface.  Now you’re ready to start using your new web-based CRM tool and enjoying the benefits of a closed-loop sales and marketing system.
